General Information

 

■ We do not take general reservations at our restaurant.
■ Due to the extremely busy holiday season, we will not be accepting Private Dining Reservations for the locations and dates listed below.
–  California locations: from November 16, 2018 to January 8, 2019;
–  Washington locations: from November 22, 2018 to January 13, 2019
■ Reservations last for up to 2 hours, beginning at the reservation time on the authorization form. For every 15 minutes past the 2-hour time limit, there will be an additional charge of 12.5% of the Food and Beverage Minimum.
■ Guests can set a pre-order menu for the event or can choose to order upon arrival.
■ Reservations must be booked with the authorization form completed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for adequate preparation and staffing.
■ The Food and Beverage Minimum does not include any tax, service charge or tip. All food and beverage reservations will be accompanied by an automatic 18% service charge and tax on the 18% service charge.
■ Guests may purchase house wines to contribute towards the Food and Beverage Minimum. Champagne does not contribute towards the Food and Beverage Minimum.
■ Guests may not use the unused balance from the Food and Beverage Minimum to purchase gift cards.
■ If the Food and Beverage Minimum is not spent in its entirety, the remainder will be charged as a room fee.
■ It is the guests’ responsibility to give at least 72 hours in written notice to Din Tai Fung if they wish to cancel or change their reservation. There will be a charge of 50% of the agreed Food and Beverage Minimum if this requirement is not met.
