Front of House Managers:

Each manager candidate receives comprehensive training that consists of hands-on experience as a greeter, busser, runner, server and bartender at our restaurants. Each training curriculum is individualized and tailored to the candidate’s experience, learning speed and style. Throughout this process, manager candidates attend the weekly manager meetings and participate in the daily recap meetings, during which candidates can work and interact with store, regional, and upper management. Based on the candidate’s individual pace and progress, training and adoption of our company culture can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months.

Back of House Managers:

Each manager candidate receives comprehensive training that consists of hands-on experience as a dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook at our restaurants. Each training curriculum is individualized and tailored to the candidate’s experience, learning speed and style. Throughout this process, manager candidates attend the weekly manager meetings and participate in the daily recap meetings, during which candidates can work and interact with store, regional, and upper management. Based on the candidate’s individual pace and progress, training and adoption of our company culture can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
