Private Rooms


General Information

 

■ Private Dining Room Reservations last for up to 2 hours, beginning at the reservation time on the authorization form. For every 15 minutes past the 2-hour time limit, there will be an additional charge of 12.5% of the Food and Beverage Minimum.

■ Guests can set a pre-order menu for the event or can choose to order upon arrival.

■ We ask that reservations are booked with a completed authorization form at least two weeks in advance to allow for adequate preparation and staffing.

■ The Food and Beverage Minimum does not include any tax or tip.

■ All beverages on the Bar Menu may be purchased to contribute towards the Food and Beverage Minimum.

■Guests may be charged a $1 per person outside dessert fee that will apply toward the minimum.

■ Guests may not use the unused balance from the Food and Beverage Minimum to purchase gift cards.

■ If the Food and Beverage Minimum is not spent in its entirety, the remainder will be charged as a room fee.

■ It is the guests’ responsibility to give at least 48 hours in written notice to Din Tai Fung if they wish to cancel or change their reservation. There will be a charge of 50% of the agreed Food and Beverage Minimum if this requirement is not met.
